Below is a brief overview of who I am.

I've worked in HRBP, People Strategy, People Analytics, People Operations, and Talent Management roles at several Fortune 500 organizations across a variety of industries.
I've been able to touch many key areas of HR in these roles, including Compensation, Employee Relations, Program Management, Organizational Development, and more.
I'm also an entrepreneur — I founded a leading career advancement platform at age 20 while still in college.

I graduated at the top of my class (4.0 GPA) and Summa Cum Laude honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University - New Brunswick.
I'm now pursuing a full-time graduate degree from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, holding a 4.0 GPAÂ and expecting to graduate December 2024.
I enjoy staying active and spending time with those closest to me.
Playing basketball, volleyball, working out, singing, playing backgammon, going for hikes with my family and friends, brainstorming business ideas — this is what I do.

I have a unique background. As a business-oriented, entrepreneurial individual, I chose the world of HR to focus on the most critical asset to any organization — its people. I believe that when companies put their people strategy at the forefront of decision making, the sky is the limit. This mindset is what I've embodied throughout my career through a variety of strategic HR roles at some of the greatest companies in the world.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a BA in HR Management, I took my academic foundation coupled with quality internship experiences and moved out to the Bay Area to work as an HR Business Partner within Tesla's Vehicle Engineering organization. An example of a strategic project I led is an equity refresh program that spread across several functions at the company, allowing Tesla to retain its top talent with cost efficiency principles at the forefront. When I began my undergraduate studies, I was unsure what to pursue. I always knew I was interested in business and come from an entrepreneurial family. After taking an Intro to HR course, I knew that this would be my direction. I knew that my passion is to maximize the potential of people to fuel organizational success. From there, I graduated with a 4.0 GPAÂ with a BAÂ in HRÂ Management, and am now in the process of pursuing a Master's degree in HRM full-time, holding a 4.0 GPA. Going back to pursue graduate studies at this point in my career has been an enriching experience, as I'm able to connect the dots between the many experiences I've had in the real world and the academic material IÂ learn.
My passion is HRÂ Strategy. The majority of my work has revolved around this area from a variety of different lenses. At this stage in my career, I am excited to leverage the knowledge and skills I've acquired working at some of the top companies in the world towards Strategic HRÂ Consulting.
